The transfer may not be carried out only in case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, no availability or other unexpected situations. In that case, HeraklionCab will immediately inform you by sending you an e-mail or by contacting you by phone.
If, before or during your transfer, some unexpected damage (e.g. mechanical problems, flat tire or other damage) occurs, you will be picked up as soon as possible by another taxi, with no extra charge, in order for you to reach your destination.
Payment policy – Cancellation
In case you wish to cancel your reservation, you can send us an e-mail or contact us at the HeraklionCab telephone number. You are kindly requested to inform us about the cancellation not later that 24 hours prior to your reservation in order to avoid the driver’s futile waiting at the pickup point you have agreed on.
If you pay by credit card or paypal and you wish to cancel the transfer no later than 24 hours prior to the time of its start, the funds paid by the client as advance payment shall be returned by Heraklioncab within 5 (Five) days from the date of termination of obligations under the agreement. The further transfer of the funds to the account of the card holder depends on the policy and efficiency of the servicing bank.
If you pay by credit card or paypal and you wish to cancel the transfer within less than 24 hours prior to the time of its start, the funds paid by the client as an advance payment shall be refunded by Heraklioncab minus the costs incurred by Heraklioncab in connection with the performance of obligations under this agreement. The amount of expenses incurred by Heraklioncab in connection with the performance of obligations may be equal to 100% of the value of the transfer.

If any of the passengers or children experience any problem such as nausea or something more serious, it would be advisable to inform us about it so that we can provide them with our best services.
